Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, select the option that best suits your needs!

RETURN POLICY

Marlee K Boutique has a 14-day return policy for in store purchases and local pickups. We have a 30 day return policy for online orders.

You have 30 days once your order is received to send it back to us. We do not offer free returns. You must ship the item back to us.

All jewelry is FINAL SALE. All sale items are FINAL SALE.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return for online orders, you can contact us at hello@marleekboutique.com. Once you send us your order number, we will then let you know if your item is eligible for return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact Marlee K Boutique immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can address the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, visit us in-store and one of our associates will be happy to assist you.

For online orders, you should place a new order for the new item and ship the return back to: Marlee K Boutique: 16149 Perkins Rd., Suite A, Baton Rouge, LA 70810

You will be issued a refund in the form of a STORE CREDIT for the item that is returned once we receive it and inspect the condition of the item.

Refunds

Once we receive your item and ensure it is in good, unworn condition with the tags,  you will be sent a STORE CREDIT for the cost of the item + tax. If there is any issue regarding your return, you will be contacted.
